Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of the ZeroStatic website, including the “Find my static” form and the static report. They do not cover the services we build for clients, which are governed by a separate written plan or agreement. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Agreeing to these terms
By using zerostatic.ai (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The site is for businesses. If you use it or submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for that business, and these terms apply to both you and the business.
Who we are
ZeroStatic is an AI agency based in Miami, Florida, USA. We set up AI employees (AI agents and automations) inside our clients’ own software accounts, and we set up ready-made agents from other companies, such as Grok Bot by SpaceXAI, Muse by Meta and dots in ChatGPT by OpenAI. We serve businesses in the United States only. In these terms, “ZeroStatic,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean ZeroStatic, and “you” means anyone using the site.
What this website is, and is not
The site is informational. It describes what we do and lets you tell us about your business. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept by filling in the form, and using the site does not make you our client.
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written plan or agreement signed by you and ZeroStatic. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the services.
Estimates and the static report
The static report and any other numbers shown on the site are estimates for illustration only. They are calculated from the answers you give and from our own assumptions, including:
- a 40-hour work week;
- typical U.S. employer costs on top of salary; and
- our own assumption that AI can take back roughly 20 to 40 percent of repetitive work.
Real results depend on your business, your tools, your people and many other factors. The static report is not a quote, an offer or a guarantee of savings or results, and it is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or employment advice. Its accuracy depends on the answers you enter. Please talk to your own advisers before making decisions based on it, including any decisions about staffing.
Prices and offers
- Prices shown as “from” (for example, from $10K, $20K, $35K or $50K) are starting prices, not quotes.
- Your fixed price is set in a written plan that we agree with you before work begins. The optional monthly Care plan is also priced in writing.
- Prices, packages, offers and availability may change at any time without notice.
- We are not bound by errors or out-of-date information on the site.
Free mapping session
The free mapping session is a no-obligation conversation to understand your work and whether we can help. It does not commit you to buy anything or commit us to provide any service. We may decline, reschedule or limit any session or project request at our discretion. Any ideas or maps we share in a session are for your evaluation and are not professional advice.
Information you submit
- You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit information about your business.
- Do not submit personal information about other people, or confidential information belonging to anyone else, unless you have the right to share it.
- Please do not send confidential business information or sensitive personal information through the form. If you need to share confidential details, ask us and we can discuss a confidentiality agreement first.
- You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, prepare estimates and plans, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The form saves your answers as you type, before you press submit. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works and how to have your answers deleted.
- If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the site in bulk, or use bots or other automated tools to submit the form (search engines, and AI assistants and AI search tools reading public pages, including /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, as our robots.txt allows, are fine);
- interfere with, overload, attack or probe the security of the site, or introduce malware;
- submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or send spam;
- submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, infringing or offensive content;
- copy or reuse the site’s design, text or calculator for a competing product or service; or
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms.
We may block access to the site, or delete submissions, that we believe break these terms.
Our intellectual property
The site and its content, including its text, design, graphics, the static report and its calculator, and the ZeroStatic name and logo, belong to ZeroStatic or our licensors and are protected by law.
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to view and use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may save or print your own static report for internal business use. You may not use the ZeroStatic name or logo without our written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
Third-party names and products
The site mentions products and companies we set up, connect to or mention. These names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, including:
- Anthropic and Claude;
- OpenAI, ChatGPT and dots;
- SpaceXAI (formerly xAI), Grok and Grok Bot;
- Meta and Muse; and
- the other tools and brands shown on the site.
We use these names only to identify those products. ZeroStatic is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.
Third-party products are subject to their own terms, privacy policies and pricing, which are between you and that provider. You may need your own accounts with them. We do not control their availability, features or changes. If the site links to a third-party website, we are not responsible for its content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it, including the static report, are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, ZeroStatic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.
We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that its information is complete or current, or that saved answers will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZeroStatic and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us to use the site. The site is free to use, so in practice this limit is $100.
Some states do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows. This section covers the website only. Liability for services is governed by your written plan or agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZeroStatic and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms or the law, or information you submitted that you did not have the right to submit.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or the site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You and ZeroStatic consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest will stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and ZeroStatic about your use of the site. Any services are covered by a separate written plan or agreement.
If we do not enforce part of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale of our business.
