Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what ZeroStatic collects when you visit zerostatic.ai or fill in the “Find my static” form, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we save your form answers as you type so you don’t lose your place, we use them to respond to your inquiry and run our business, and we never sell them.

Who we are and what this policy covers

ZeroStatic is an AI agency based in Miami, Florida, USA. We set up AI employees (AI agents and automations) for businesses in the United States. In this policy, “ZeroStatic,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean ZeroStatic, and “you” means anyone who visits our website or contacts us through it.

This policy covers zerostatic.ai, the “Find my static” form and the emails we send about inquiries made through it. It does not cover information we handle inside a client’s own software accounts while delivering services. That work is covered by the separate written plan or agreement we sign with that client.

Notice at collection

We save your answers as you type them, before you press submit, and whether or not you finish the form. The form says this above the email field: “We save your answers as you go so you don’t lose your place. If you stop partway, a person may email you once.”

When you use the form, we collect:

Why we collect it: to respond to your inquiry, calculate your static report, follow up with you (including one email if you stop partway), plan any work you ask for, and run and protect our website.

Do we sell or share it for advertising? No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it: unfinished inquiries are deleted after 90 days unless we are actively in touch with you. Completed inquiries are kept as long as needed for our business relationship and our legal and tax obligations, then deleted. See How long we keep it.

Changed your mind? Email info@zerostatic.com with the subject “Delete my answers” and we will delete them. See Your choices.

What we collect and where it comes from

From you

Everything you type or select in the form, as listed in the Notice at collection, plus anything you send us by email.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields, such as health details, government ID numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords. We do not ask for it and do not need it.

From your browser and our hosting provider

Timestamps, the button you used to open the form, how far you got in the form, the first page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the page address, the referring page, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address by our hosting provider.

Form sessions

Each time you open the form, it starts a new session. If you use the same email address in more than one session, we may link those sessions so we can see your inquiry as a whole.

How we use your information

We do not use your answers to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. The static report is a calculation shown to you, not a decision about you.

Emails we may send you

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop messages you ask for, such as replies about an active project.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as described here:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, local and session storage

How long we keep it

Deleted information may remain in routine backups for a short time before it is overwritten.

Your choices, including “Delete my answers”

Anyone may ask us to:

To delete your answers, email info@zerostatic.com with the subject “Delete my answers” from the email address you used in the form. For other requests, use a subject such as “Access my answers,” “Correct my answers” or “Stop emails.” You can also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We aim to respond within 30 days. Where state law allows, we may take up to 45 days, and we will tell you if we need the extra time. To protect your information, we may need to confirm that the request comes from you, usually by checking that it was sent from the email address you used. If the law requires us to keep some records (for example, for tax purposes), we will tell you what we kept and why.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states) may give you specific rights over your personal information. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size or data thresholds. Whether or not a particular law applies to ZeroStatic, we honor the requests described in Your choices from anyone in the U.S.

Children

Our website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@zerostatic.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.

Where your information is stored

ZeroStatic is based in the United States and our website is meant for U.S. businesses. We process your information in the United States. Our service providers, including Google, which hosts the spreadsheet where form answers are kept, may store and process it on servers in the United States and other countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a material change, we will also post a notice on the site.
