# ZeroStatic

> ZeroStatic is an AI agency in Miami, Florida that sets up AI employees for businesses in the United States: AI agents that each own a job, from inbox triage to the monthly board report, working inside the company's own tools and accounts. Routine work runs on rules the business sets, and anything that matters waits for a person to approve it. Fixed-scope builds start at $10K, and the packages plan the first AI employee live in week 4.

"Static" is ZeroStatic's word for the repetitive work that eats a team's week: the inbox, data entry, chasing and reports. Tagline: "Clear the static. Hire AI employees."

- **AI employee vs. automation:** An automation does one step, such as copying a web inquiry into the CRM. An AI employee owns a job: in ZeroStatic's lead follow-up example, the Sales assistant scores and routes a new lead, drafts a reply with 3 meeting times, waits for your OK, then sends, books and logs it. ZeroStatic sets each one up on leading models like Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, with a role, access to the business's tools and company knowledge, and rules for when to ask a person.
- **12 jobs in two lanes:** Run (operations): inbox triage; calls and voice agent; quotes, invoices and documents; ask your documents; hiring and onboarding; reports and planning. Grow (go-to-market): lead follow-up; outbound prospecting; content and SEO; ads and landing pages; market and GTM research; proposals and pitch decks.
- **Works in your tools:** such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe and Zendesk.
- **Stack:** chosen per job, so the business is never locked into one provider: models such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral AI and DeepSeek, plus voice and workflow tools such as ElevenLabs, Twilio, LangGraph, n8n and Zapier.
- **You approve what matters:** routine work runs on your rules; big work waits for you. Every AI employee works in accounts the business owns, logs every action and asks first about things like refunds, posting bills, the first email to a new prospect, pricing, publishing and changes to ad spend.
- **Pricing (one-time, fixed-scope builds, USD):** Launch from $10K (1 AI employee, 3 tool connections). Scale from $20K (up to 3 AI employees on Run or Grow, 6 connections). Operate from $35K (up to 5 across Run and Grow, 10 connections, voice agent and 2 months of Care included). Transform from $50K (7 AI employees, 12 connections plus 1 custom system, 3 months of Care included). Each fixed price is set in a written plan, and the final invoice waits until the build passes the plan's tests. Software and AI usage are billed directly by the providers.
- **Timeline:** the packages plan the first AI employee live in week 4 (week 6 on Transform), with 30 to 90 days of tuning included.
- **After launch:** optional Care plan, $500 a month for up to 2 AI employees, +$150 a month for each one after that, covering monitoring, first response when something breaks and 1 hour of work. Extra work is $150 an hour with Care, $280 without (2-hour minimum).
- **Ready-made agents:** ZeroStatic also sets up Grok Bot (SpaceXAI, formerly xAI), Muse (Meta) and dots in ChatGPT (OpenAI), connected to the business's tools with approval rules in place. ZeroStatic's setup fee is from $1,500 per agent, or $750 with any package; the agents' own terms and pricing are separate.

A person at ZeroStatic reads every answer and replies to set up a free, no-obligation mapping session. For questions, or a static report without the form, email info@zerostatic.com.
- **Your answers:** the form saves answers as you type, even before you submit, and a person may email you once if you stop partway. ZeroStatic uses them to respond and run its business, never sells them, and deletes unfinished inquiries after 90 days unless it is in touch with you. To delete yours, email info@zerostatic.com with the subject "Delete my answers".
